GIVING TO FRANKFORD FRIENDS SCHOOL: In 2001, FFS made a long-awaited dream come true by adding middle school grades 7 and 8. For too many years, alum and parents had lamented having to leave the school after 6th grade. To accommodate this welcome expansion, the school rents space in the neighborhood to serve as a temporary home for its middle school classrooms. To secure the future of FFS, however, a middle school building is greatly needed. The new building will be an attractive complement to the FFS campus, unite all classrooms on the same grounds, and ensure optimal enrollment.
